Brewed in the vein of a traditional English porter, our porter has a distinct-yet-smooth roasted chocolate, light coffee flavor, nicely balanced with the mild hop nose characteristic of premium noble hops. ABV 5.7%.

The perfectly sessionable English ale, our English Dark Mild is a smooth, deep brown traditional mild. Low bitterness and noticeable sweetness (think roasted caramel, coffee and milk chocolate) and a thick, cream colored head, wrapped up in a smooth aftertaste. ABV: 4.1%

Our flagship beer, the Czech Pils pours a rich golden color. Smooth and crisp with a rich malty palate, the Pils features the prevalent flavor of the Czech hops, which balance the maltiness with a spicy bitterness. ABV 5.0%

Sporting a rich ruby-red color, the Granat (Czech amber – or garnet – lager) is a semi-dark lager rarely seen outside the Czech Republic. Ours is an easy-to-drink lager with slight bitterness, recognizable caramel aroma, and bright clean finish. ABV 5.3%

A maltier sibling of Czech Pils, the Czech Dark Lager pours a clear rich dark with amber hues around the edges. Slightly lower in alcohol than the Pils, the Dark Lager raises the malt with notes of stone fruit and chocolate but finishes crisp and clean with that classic pilsner hoppiness. ABV 4.5%

They say this beer style is like a meal in a glass, and we have definitely made that happen with this brew. It has a rich, malty punch, notes of chocolate covered raisin, and that classic, ultra-full bodied mouthfeel. Amidst our current cold spell, this beer will surely warm you right up! ABV: 7.5%

Z Notes is our ode to winter in IPA form. When you want that dark, malty goodness for those cold, dark winter days but still want a bold, assertive IPA. ABV 6.5%

A rotating staple on our taps, Not Dead Yet IPA pours with a soft, creamy mouthfeel and layers of citrus and tropical fruit. Classic Northwest hops add structure with notes of citrus and pine, making this an easy-drinking yet unmistakably NW IPA. ABV 5.9%

Celebrating women in beer, and women everywhere, we are proud to offer Babes in Hopland as our spring seasonal saison. A nice crisp, effervescent with a low ABV creates a bright, lively saison that we then dry hopped with the 2025 PInk Boots Blend adding vibrant citrus and floral aromas. ABV 4.7%

This medium-bodied Irish Red gets its rich amber color from a touch of roasted barley — and that same roasted barley brings the flavor, too. You’ll pick up easy notes of caramel and toffee, a little toasted almond, and just a hint of dried fruit in the middle. It’s smooth, slightly malty, and finishes soft without being sweet. Comfortable, balanced, and easy to hang out with — the kind of beer you can settle in with for a while. ABV 6.1%

Winter solstice - it’s the longest night of the year. Fortunately, we’ve got just the beer to help us all get through it together: the 2025 edition of the Darkest Night Quad. This massive Belgian is complex yet surprisingly smooth, with hints of burnt caramel and dark fruit. ABV: 10.3%.
