Our Beer

Brewed in the vein of a traditional English porter, our porter has a distinct-yet-smooth roasted chocolate, light coffee flavor, nicely balanced with the mild hop nose characteristic of premium noble hops. ABV 5.7%

A summer favorite, the bitter is our lower-strength refreshing and highly drinkable English ale. Fruity, spicy, black currant aromas from the hops give way to crispness on the palate. Smooth notes of biscuity malt complement the UK hops used to make this tasty ale. ABV 4.5%

This week we are bringing back our beloved Li’l Juice Box Session IPA! Hopped with Citra, Cascade and Calypso, this IPA screams Pacific Northwest. And clocking in at just 5.2% ABV, it also screams SUMMER!

Bright. Light. Belgian. It's got a little malt, a little sweetness, a little spice, and even a little hop character to add a little somethin' somethin' extra. Immensely crushable. ABV: 4.4%

A trickster of an ale, our Belgian Strong Golden hides some kick behind its deceptive pale, easy-drinking appearance. It’s smooth and medium-bodied, and has malty, fruit notes with just a hint of spice. The dry finish lets a slight warmth sneak through - a too late announcement of its 10.4% ABV.

Say hello to our BESSEN BIER, our first-ever fruited Belgian table beer (“bessen” means “berries” in Flemish)! This refreshing brew features a mix of raspberries, tart cherries, elderberries, and black currant. It has flavor notes of the fruits that make it PINK, but it’s dry and not sweet, It is not a sour, but it is just a little tart. It's a perfect summertime patio sipping beer. ABV 4.2%

Our flagship beer, the Czech pils pours a rich golden color. Smooth and crisp with a rich malty palate, the pils features the prevalent flavor of the Czech hops, balancing the maltiness with a spicy bitterness. ABV 5.0%

A maltier sibling of Czech pils, the Czech dark pours a clear rich dark with amber hues around the edges. Slightly lower in alcohol than the pils, the dark raises the malt with notes of stone fruit and chocolate but finishes crisp and clean. 4.5% ABV

Sporting a rich ruby-red color, the Granat (Czech amber – or garnet – lager) is a semi-dark lager rarely seen outside the Czech Republic. Ours is an easy-to-drink lager with slight bitterness, recognizable caramel aroma, and bright clean finish. ABV 5.3%

For a long time now —literally years— y’all have been asking for a light version of our much-loved Czech Pils. At long last, we've made a Czech 8° Lager. What the heck is a Czech 8°, you ask? A light-bodied, highly sessionable, crisp Czech lager. A staple in Czech pubs, they’re often referred to as “bike beer” (because you can have several while out on your bike), they retain the rich malt character of a Czech pils while sporting a brighter hoppiness at a lower ABV. ABV 4.0%.

Our riff on the classic Belgian saison, this fruity and spicy ale is light in body and moderate in alcohol. With a good amount of rye and wheat in the mash and a touch of grains of paradise and fresh lemon peel in the whirlpool, the Summer Saison is an immensely refreshing and drinkable ale. What more could you ask for on a hot summer day? ABV 7.0%
